As we deploy OneView360° into the production environment, we work with you and your team to complete the following key activities:

• Application Migration: Perform parallel operations in test, and move to production environment
• Data Migration: Run historical data through the system to allow OneView360° to become the system of reference for your analytical and operational applications
• Training Plan and Delivery: Perform training for key users, either on-site or at RLPTechnologies
• Transfer Knowledge: Ensure you gain self-sufficiency with the use of OneView360° to manage your information assets
• Transition Plan: Outline phased approach for utilization of new solution
• User Documentation: Provide manuals to support user base
• User Acceptance Testing: Ensure your users validate the solution's fit with your business needs and the scope of the implementation

During this phase, we will create and manage production change control forms, user training logs and support training logs, and deliver standard operating procedures.
