The process begins with Data Capture, a fully automated function that serves as the single, secure door for inbound data sources in OneView360°. The Data Capture module is utilized to configure data sources and create the automation for when and how data is to be handled when it is received from each unique data source, such as systems like ERP, CRM, Web, Call Center, and more. After its successful processing in Data Capture, data is automatically routed for standardization, where all inbound data is made to conform to a common enterprise data dictionary. To accomplish this, the solution maintains a master data dictionary (a collection of XML tags which are grouped together to form document types representing transactions) of all its known data. Once standardized, additional value is now added to the data by linking it to enhancement services that can cleanse or further enrich the data.

Data Enhancement is a crucial function in creating an accurate 360° view of your information assets. We add value through the use of business services as OneView360° leverages a sophisticated service orchestration engine that provides a high degree of flexibility for integrating new enhancement routines — applying your unique business rules. To handle the demands of a high-volume processing environment, OneView360° uses orchestration technology developed by RLPTechnologies to maximize data processing. Information about the data (elements, lineage, relationships and uses) maintained in the system enable us to have intelligence built in to determine how and when services can be used. This industry-standard approach allows virtually any business service—whether internal, external or partner services—to be exposed for use in OneView360°.

The Single Source of Truth (SSOT) represents a physical repository of all your key information assets and the data integration destination. The SSOT is implemented by configuring our sophisticated Data Access Layer (DAL) that is linked to the OneView360° master data dictionary, which allows for the SSOT to be configured for each organization's unique data needs. With the SSOT, redundancies are eliminated and inconsistencies are made consistent. Now there is one true source for all of your data. Your enterprise has data with integrity you can trust and that can be utilized by every segment in your business to make objective decisions.

From there, the Assembly module lets you extract the data from the SSOT based on your business rules. You can now respond to your ever-changing business needs up to 50% faster because of the elimination of redundant and inaccurate data.

Data Quality Profiling automatically evaluates the quality of data throughout the process. If a quality threshold is violated, an exception occurs, and the operations management console highlights it for resolution by data and business analysts.
