Vice President, Product Development & CTO
Joseph (Joe) LaFeir is responsible for the planning, design and development of RLPTechnologies' software products. He has a proven track record for delivering large-scale software solutions in several industries over more than 15 years. LaFeir provides thought leadership and vision for the development of world-class data management solutions leveraging our flagship product, OneView360°.
LaFeir's vision brought a fully scalable, fully integrated, Service Oriented Architecture to OneView360° realizing significant processing efficiencies and cost reductions to RLPTechnologies’ clients. RLPTechnologies’ solutions developed under his leadership serve as the basis for the numerous awards on innovation, data management and SOA technology implementation and are the basis for patent-pending technology employed in the products.
LaFeir has been developing and delivering software solutions in the automotive, energy/utility, retail, healthcare and government industries throughout his career. Prior to RLPTechnologies, LaFeir was Vice President of Application Development and Support for Polk North America where he was responsible for setting the strategic direction for the application development and support organization, including the development, enhancement, deployment and maintenance of several strategic products. Previously, LaFeir was with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Critical Technologies practice with a primary focus on the automotive sector and specialized in the custom software solutions and integration of large-scale information systems.

Norman Marks
Vice President, Global Product Strategy & Marketing
Norman (Norm) Marks is responsible for directing global product strategy, business development activities, marketing, and branding for RLPTechnologies. In this capacity, Marks supports global sales activities, fosters the RLPTechnologies brand, identifies and creates business partnership strategies, and provides leadership in assessing the evolution of the data integration market, including voice-of-the-customer research and analyst assessments.
Under Marks’ leadership, RLPTechnologies flagship product, OneView360°, has become a nationally recognized data integration solution. His influence has brought OneView360° acclaim from top industry authorities via awards and honors, including recognition by Gartner, DMReview, Ventana Research, Computerworld, JBoss and DataFlux for innovation, technology leadership and best practices.
Throughout his career, Marks has built corporate value through his many contributions in global sales management, marketing, and product strategy, and has been a leader in the successful design, development and implementation of data-driven products for the automotive, manufacturing and consumer product goods industries. Marks joined R. L. Polk & Co. after serving in the Automotive Practice at SAS Institute, a worldwide provider of software and services that enable customers to transform data from all areas of their business into intelligence. While at SAS, he was as a member of a core team dedicated to this important industry segment focused on the design, sale and deployment of data-driven analytical solutions. Previously, Marks held several positions with PTC, a leading Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and CAD/CAM/CAE solutions provider where he oversaw a major Asian OEM's investment in product development software and solutions that enabled engineering and plant disciplines to design tooling and integrate product designs in 3-D to aid in assembly.
Marks graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and completed the Executive Management Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
