Business Process Reengineering:
We will use our experience to model, analyze and reengineer business processes to ensure that the implementation of OneView360° will map to your business.

Failure Mode Effect Analysis:
RLPTechnologies applies our experience with Six Sigma methodology to use FMEA to help eliminate concerns early in the development of a process. We will leverage what we learn from a current state assessment about potential process failure, and redesign to eliminate the possibility of failure.

At the conclusion of this phase, we will create data definitions, business requirements, process design, organizational design, a detailed fit analysis, finalized scope and a detailed work plan.
