Exception Handling & Logging
Our exception-handling framework ties exceptions to communication profiles to facilitate notification. Exceptions resolution is initiated from a portlet that provides visibility into all open exceptions. Once acquired, an exception-specific workflow is initiated.

Business Activity Monitoring
In a highly automated environment, business activity monitoring is essential. A standard set of activity monitors (dashboards) has been defined for each of OneView360°'s Core Services. These monitors are basic portlets that can be extended for any use by any Data Enhancements service integrated into OneView360°.

Security Framework
This capability allows RLPTechnologies to ensure that adequate controls for confidentiality, integrity and availability are maintained across OneView360°. Starting with a clean sheet of paper allowed us to build a robust security framework for the solution.

Security Framework includes:

• The use of a centralized policy server for the storage of all user and privilege information
• A consistent, standards-based framework for the implementation of security controls within OneView360°
• A streamlined process for provisioning and de-provisioning security for users and web services
• A capability to restrict user-facing web application access to authorized users only
• A capability to restrict OneView360° access to authorized web services only
• A capability to provide strong encryption for all member web services
