For Polk CDI, OneView360° fully automates the integration of customer data from receipt through integration into a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) and onto distribution through its tightly integrated, “hands off” modules. Data flows seamlessly through the following processes:

  • Data Capture - the fully automated processing engine designed to continuously monitor, collect and authenticate your data sources. The application controls inbound data flow while providing a central registry for managing and maintaining an audit trail of your data assets.
  • Standardization – prepares inbound data for downstream processing. Standardization conforms data records to a standard XML format and subsequently normalizes the data on a data value to data value basis as predefined by inter-related source and target lists.
  • Customer Data Enhancement – this component of OneView360° is the link to the configuration and execution of service orchestration for the primary purpose of enriching inbound or previously integrated SSOT data.
  • Consolidation - the process for loading integrating and loading data into the SSOT database represents both a physical and virtual consolidated repository of all of an organization's customer information assets.
  • Data Assembly - provides the functionality to extract and distribute the data based on your business rules from the SSOT database for distribution to data marts, external parties, or other systems.
  • Data Quality Inspections - multi-point data inspections assure that inbound, outbound and transformed data meets expectations prior to downstream integration.
