Needs Assessment:
Our team can perform a gap analysis to understand the challenges you may face in implementing a data management solution such as OneView360°. We can assess whether an application service provider (ASP) or outsourcing model is more appropriate for your business, or can apply our expertise to perform a data quality assessment for you. Ultimately, this phase includes defining the scope of work related to data, process, and organization. Key activities include stakeholder analyses and interviews aimed at identifying key "pain points" and business drivers, resulting in the ability to build a program vision.
Current State Assessment:
Our consultants have the experience to complete an in-depth review of your technical architecture, data dictionary and mapping, and business rules. We will investigate your current processes for managing data, introducing new data or changes to formats or business rules, and the impacts on the applications that leverage your data. During this phase, we seek to understand the current state processes and requirements that must be incorporated into the future state solution. Key activities include a detailed analysis of data, documentation of current state processes and applications, and organizational analysis.
